Your photos
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Don't upload photos of public figures or celebrities, cartoon, film or game characters you don't own, anyone under 18, or anything sexual, and don't use the service to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Payments, video credits and refunds
Packs of 1, 3 or 10 videos are one-time purchases; there is no subscription. Each pack gives you that many video credits (one credit makes one video). Credits do not expire and are tied to your Google account. Sign in with the same account to use them. If a generation fails, its credit is returned automatically. Completed videos are delivered through this site. The “Needs work” link opens a support email with your task number; it does not automatically start a quality review. AI output varies; we cannot guarantee a perfect likeness or exact reproduction in every video.
Your video
You may use your videos for personal, social media and commercial marketing — including promoting a car you own or sell — as long as you have the rights to every photo you upload and everyone shown has agreed. Videos are silent: any music you add is your responsibility, and business accounts should use licensed audio (for example TikTok's Commercial Music Library). Don't use our preset cars to advertise a vehicle for sale or to suggest a car maker endorses you. Videos are AI-generated: label them as such and don't present them as real footage. We claim no ownership of your videos and don't promise they can be registered or protected as your own copyright.
